| The sketch idea for the painting. The original sketch is small, about 11 x 7 cm / 4.3 x 2.7 inches in size. I was interested in seeing what the sketch idea would look like on a long and narrow canvas. This is the first creation and plan to make a couple more in the series. Note that the painting was finished in 2012 and the sketch was made about 9-10 months earlier. |
